Stephen Brian Willis

Stephen B. Willis is an established family law attorney serving Pierce and Kitsap County. He prides himself on his fierce loyalty to his clients. He is friendly, honest, easy to talk to, and believes his clients deserve honest answers.  

Stephen enjoys litigating, but his favorite part of law is helping people achieve justice and equity. He will keep fighting for what's right. He doesn't give up on a winning position because your family matters and the truth matters. 

Following law school, Stephen joined a partnership suing insurance companies, but his desire to solve problems pulled him into low bono work for at risk, mostly non-English speaking women with children. Stephen took his first family law case  to trial - for pennies on the dollar - and won!  

Stephen is also an Americans with Disability Act (ADA) court appointed attorney in Pierce County Superior Court, and a certified Guardian ad Litem, which is something he looks forward to doing more of in the future. 

Prior to being an attorney, Stephen enjoyed alpine climbing, rebuilding motorcycles, playing chess, and spending time with his family and friends. 

A former 19 Delta Cav. Scout in the U.S. Army, Stephen's unit spearheaded the invasion and occupation of Iraq. He's proud that he was kind when he was young.
