Stephen Brian Willis

  

Stephen B. Willis is a formidable family law litigator serving Pierce and Kitsap Counties with uncompromising dedication. Known for his relentless advocacy and fierce loyalty to every client, he delivers aggressive, results-driven representation in high-stakes divorce, custody, paternity, and related matters. 

 

The standard set at Willis Family Law is to never gives up on a strong case and relentlessly pursuing every avenue until a satisfactory outcome is achieved. Clients know that when Stephen takes their side, he fights to the end.


In addition to his family law practice, Stephen serves as a court-appointed Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) attorney in Pierce County Superior Court.


A former 19 Delta Cavalry Scout in the U.S. Army, Stephen's unit spearheaded operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He takes pride that he conducted himself with integrity and thoughtfulness during the conflict. Today, his professional life is near all-consuming, but prior to law, Stephen enjoyed alpine climbing, motorcycle and car restoration, chess, and classic literature.
